There is a passport application with Victoria from familysearch.org Number 77260 It spells her name as Viktoria Mertilik. A naturalized citizen. Born in Hungary on 15 February 1888. Her father is Stefan Koinisca (or Komives) was Hungarian and now resides in Romania. She immigrated from Budapest about 29 Sept 1907 and lived for 13 years in the US in Poughkeepsie from 1907 - 1920. Her husband was naturalized before the Supreme Court of the US on 9th day of January/June? in 1915. Her occupation was a housewife. She is asking to leave for Romania to see her parents. It is signed on 18 June 1920. Her age is 32 years old. She is 5'8" tall. She has blue eyes. Her hair is dark brown. Her complexion is fair.
